Before Ms. Raymond began IMC in 2006, she herself struggled with questions about what she really wanted to do in the world of work.

Relatives were telling me I should become an engineer or nurse, but I wanted to go in a different direction. Still, I second-guessed myself because I wondered if my relatives were right and if I was making the wrong choice.
